An overview of our pricing for build jobs  

 

We generally charge $2.25 per square foot to assist in a project start to finish.  This would include all exterior and interior selections for the home and any meetings/walks set up by builder or homeowner. 
*Square foot rate is negotiable if certain selections are excluded 

An overview of our pricing for consulting  

 

We charge $200 an hour for any and all consulting.  This is not in addition to any build job fee if included in contract for outlined work scope. Thank you for your interested in our business.  Whitman Interiors a family owned and operated design firm based in the DFW metroplex and has been in the industry for over 30 years.
